I had an average experience with Grupo Empresarial Vitrina. Their website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information I needed. However, their customer service was lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. I expected better service from such a reputable company.
