I recently worked at a hospitality company and had a decent experience. Although the company had some shortcomings in terms of organization and management, I found the overall environment to be positive. The training provided by the company was valuable, and I felt supported by my colleagues. However, there were times when the workload was high and communication could have been better. In general, I would say my experience was great.
