I have been banking with Firstmmercial Bank Usa for over two years and I must say that their service is average. The online banking system is easy to use and I haven't had any major issues with it. However, I have had a few instances where I needed to contact customer support and their response time was not satisfactory. Overall, I would rate my experience with the bank as average.
