I have been with Starr Surplus Lines Insurance CO for a few years now, and overall, I am satisfied with their services. The rates are reasonable, and the coverage is adequate for my needs. The customer service could be better, as sometimes it takes a while to get a response. However, once I do reach someone, they are helpful in resolving any issues. I would recommend Starr Surplus Lines for their affordability and decent coverage.
