I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate Spade eleven with an average rating. The website spadeeleven.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time for inquiries was slow and there were a few instances where my issues were not resolved satisfactorily. Overall, I think Spade eleven is an okay company.
