I bought a used ypsilon lance with 14 thousand km ...

I bought a used ypsilon lance with 14 thousand km after 6 months battery to be changed and it can also be for goodness sake.
After one year and a little less than 3000 km paths in quiet roads (I live in the suburbs of Turin) port the machine to the cutting and I am told that I have the brake pads to do ....
Not very correct.
