I have been a customer of Horizon Computer Technologies for several years now and I must say that their service is consistently average. While they do provide the necessary support and assistance, I have often found their response times to be slower than expected. The staff is knowledgeable, but could use some improvement in terms of their communication skills. Overall, I would rate them as average.
