I have been using CoinGenesis for a few months now and I must say that their services are average. The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but I have experienced some technical issues with my account. The customer support team was helpful in resolving them, but it took longer than expected. Overall, I would rate CoinGenesis as an average company.
