I have been working as an adjunct faculty at Nassau Community College for several years now, and I must say that my experience has been average. The pay is decent, but the workload can be overwhelming at times. The administration is not very supportive, and there is a lack of communication between faculty and staff. Overall, it's an okay place to work, but there is room for improvement.
