Just love the store. Great customer service, the employees are always willing to give recommendations, and if I feel lost about a console/platform's specifications I know that I can get reliable information. The other day I observed a couple trying to buy a Nintendo DS for their son and they were confused about which to get along with what games to buy with it. The employee helping them took the time to help them with every issue that they were facing until they got exactly what they wanted. That's what I call good service.
