I had a mixed experience with Schmid Stephen. While their customer service was excellent and they were responsive to my needs, I found some areas lacking in terms of product quality. However, they made efforts to rectify the situation and overall, I would say it was a satisfactory experience. I appreciate their efforts to improve and I will consider using their services again in the future.
