I have been using Pup-a-lot's services for almost a year now and I must say, their service is average. It's not bad, but it's not great either. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of products for my furry friend. However, I have had a few issues with the delivery. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to receive my orders. Overall, I would say Pup-a-lot is an okay company to buy pet supplies from.
