I recently booked a flight with Blue Box and I must say that the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth, but I encountered a few issues during my journey. The customer service was not very helpful and the flight attendants seemed distant and disinterested. Overall, it was an okay experience but I expected better from a reputed company like Blue Box.
