I had a pretty average experience with World trades publishing. The website, leatherbiz.com, was easy to navigate, but I found the information on the products to be limited. The customer service was satisfactory, but not outstanding. Overall, I would say that the company provides a decent service, but there is definitely room for improvement. The range of products offered was quite good, though.
