We arrived at Turquoise Place unit 2006C Saturday ...

We arrived at Turquoise Place unit 2006C Saturday evening to NO toilet seat in one of the ensuite bathrooms (took until Monday to get replacement parts), mildew in the master bathroom shower, long hairs throughout the unit on the floor and furniture, dirty dining room seats, lights burned out over the M bath toilet and vanity, filthy unusable outdoor grill (later cleaned), broken foot on the lounge chair in Master bedroom, outdoor lounge back broken (fixed later, after report filed with Meyer), peeling trim off of built-in ice maker area, washing machine mildewed and dispenser was gross (cleaned by me so I could use), TV remote missing back, iron had build-up on it, skillets were no longer non-stick, etc. It is evident that this unit is just a rental unit and not used by the owner and that MEYER Vacation Rentals does not do any quality assurance checks on their units. I didn't intend to spend any part of my week cleaning and taking care of someone else's repairs, but that's what happened. I was also assured when calling to check out, that someone would be in contact with me that same day to address all the issues we had to deal with - 3 days later - no word from anyone!
