After I had gotten out of the Army on the date of ...

After I had gotten out of the Army on the date of June 17,2018 Signature Graphics would not give me my job back. David L. Rowell Sr of the US and Department of Labor did the investigation on the matter. And Signature Graphics was found at fault. They gave me back pay and did give me my old job back. However, one week after the investigation was closed the company moved me to another position running the die press where an individual had quit. I did not argue with them. I was willing to help the company out. And so, they kept me there for I believe was close to a month. During that time, I had learned how to do the job completely on my own. Then another person quit running the Zund L-3000cv flatbed cutter in a different department that has a very high quitting rate. So, they moved me again to that job that I had helped run in the past. But I was not experienced enough to run the machine on my own.

I have run the HP Latex 3600 Industrial Printer, the 65ProMD Laminator, as well as the Die press all on my own. No one in the entire company can do that. And yet still I only made $12hr. There are people who are running only the HP Latex 3600 Industrial Printer who from my understanding are making around $17-18hr. There are people who got hired around the same time I was that are making more than me who only run the printers.
Despite my skill level and good work ethic the company seems to fail to acknowledge it. But yet is willing to acknowledge others?

After doing the job that Signature Graphics/David Mason new I was unhappy with for several months I gave them my weeks notice on the date of 04/08/2019. And so, on 04/12/2019 was my last day working at Signature Graphics. As I signed the papers for my resignation, I explained the reasons why I was leaving. And still the company did not offer me a raise nor my old job back. This makes it appear that they where just trying to get me to quit. Perhaps do to me leaving for the military? Or for the investigation from the Department of Labor? No one else from my understanding was treated the way I was. And I was not treated this way until after I returned from the military.

Furthermore, I would like to point out that they gave false information while being investigated for a 2nd time by the Department of Labor in order to help make them appear not in the wrong. For one example they called me a utility person instead of a machinist to justify my treatment of moving me around. This was definitely false! And they knew I had worked with them for almost 3yrs as a machinist.

Also, the company is deceitful with their customers. They provide their customers with samples of the quality of their work. However, what they don t tell them is that even if the quality of the sample might be excellent, that dos not mean that their final product bought from them will be up to that level of quality. In others words you might buy 30 panels. And maybe 10 out of the 30 may have flaws like striations and dirt, flaws in the laminate etc. And the company will notice it. But instead of reprinting the images and lose money. They will just go ahead and sell the flawed product intentionally to their customers depending on how bad they feel it is.

They do not guarantee their quality of work. We sent stuff to our customers that made me have a guilty conscience many of times. Also, Signature Graphics has a high turnover rate for the company. And because of this people are much less likely to see the flaws in the images because they are still learning what is good and bad. They re for more flawed products get sent to the customers. And some of these flaws where shown to the management and okay'ed to be shipped out to the customer!

Welcome to Signature Graphics an Omnicom Company. A company that chooses profit over integrity!

2 stars for nice management, Sundays off, and Good quality products probably 80% of the time.
