I had a mixed experience with NNU BRANDT CTR. While some aspects were great, there were a few areas where they could improve. The customer service was helpful, but the product I received had a minor defect. However, they promptly addressed the issue and provided a replacement. Overall, I would give them another chance, but I hope they work on their quality control.
