Pilates Extension is the perfect place for a rejuvenating workout. The instructors are knowledgeable and provide excellent guidance throughout the classes. The studio is well-maintained and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength and flexibility since joining.
