I visited Jilly's Cupcake Bar last week, and it was an average experience. The cupcakes were okay, but nothing exceptional. The staff was polite but not particularly friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant, but a bit crowded. Overall, an average cupcake place, but I've had better cupcakes elsewhere.
