I had a mixed experience with Tehnika pty ltd. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was satisfactory. However, the product I received was not as described. I had to contact their support team multiple times to resolve the issue. In the end, they managed to fix the problem, but it was quite frustrating. They need to improve their quality control.
