I recently had the opportunity to work with Lumbermen's Underwriting Alliance (LUA) and my experience was average. The customer service was satisfactory and the overall process was smooth. However, I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of communication and response time. While I would consider using LUA again, I believe there are other companies in the industry that offer a more exceptional service.
