I recently purchased insurance from Ricks Insurance Agency and I must say, their service is average. The representatives were helpful in providing me with the necessary information, however, the overall process was quite slow. I had to wait for a long time to get my policy approved. Although the rates offered were competitive, I expected a more efficient and faster service.
