The Feldenkrais Learning Center has been a game-changer for me. The classes are well-structured, the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, and the community is welcoming. The Feldenkrais approach has helped me overcome physical limitations and improve my overall well-being. I can't recommend this learning center enough.
