I had a mixed experience with International Digital Publishing Forum. The website idpf.org is easy to navigate and provides a lot of useful information. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and when they did, their answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
