I have been a customer of GLASER, KIMBERLY A for several years now, and I must say that their service is consistently average. While they do get the job done, their customer support could definitely use some improvement. The staff is not very friendly or helpful, and it often feels like they are just going through the motions. Despite these drawbacks, I continue to use their services because they are conveniently located and their prices are reasonable.
