I would rate zero stars if I could. Before going to the Dealership Alexis told me I would be able to get a vehicle with my trade in. I told her what was owed on it and all and she said it was no problem they would definitely be able to work something out. That they had rebates that would help. I was never offered any of those options and was not able to look at a vehicle. They just ran my credit and asked the payoff on my vehicle and then basically said there's nothing they could do without 2500.00 down as well. She got me a salesman who I was not pleased with. He had an attitude the whole time. I'm very upset cause I was told one thing on the phone then when I drove there it was a whole different story with an attitude. I'll never visit the dealership again and I will let all my friends know to go somewhere else.
