As a type 1 diabetic and patient, I have never had a worse experience with an institution. First of all, it will take them days to get your prescriptions called in. Not only that, but they'll lie to you as well, and say they've called in your prescriptions when they haven't. Also the front desk is rude and will hang up on you. But the pain doesn't end there... They will also tell you that you're paid up and hit you with bills MONTHS later... And they won't explain to you what your bill is for... I'm currently waiting for the office manager to give me a call back (over an hour overdue) about calling in a prescription for pen needles that the front desk told me was taken care of on Monday (2 days ago).

STAY AWAY if you're a diabetic looking for a provider.
