After telling her that we couldn t pay a bill because of COVID-19 shutting down our businesses so she could go ahead and send it to collections, her email response was Tricia, guess the cookie business isn t doing well. Put this customer on COD and tell the Cincinnati branch to never do business with them again. What kind of employee treats a business with such a lack of compassion? I d highly suggest management take a look at who their staff is and how they re treating people. I m disgusted that in today s climate there are people like Angie who still have ZERO empathy. If someone needs the email chain forwarded to them, I d be happy to oblige.
