I am so sorry about that 1 star. I went to emergency service for my 9yo kid at 7:00pm on 05/June/19. We have been waiting to see doctor s Holy face 5 hours. I understand the existing population and Doctor ratio reality. However, He is just 9. He is already so irritated about his health and crying. He has to care on his small shoulder his health issue, crying, hungry and getting sleepy during 5 hours. I do not understand, How the Canadian Health system allow that, even Canada proudly looking after the animals. I just like to say "I feel shame name of you guys." I also did not see none of smile or positive face from register desk to final exam room to support our hard condition. I know, your job is the one of the hard job. But this is big part of your job when you deal with "Hope need" humans. I wish to see all 5 stars at your page in coming 5 years.. Regards,
