I was "encouraged" to come visit the dealership to get the deal done, because the "internet department threshold" had been reached. I was told that "my business wouldn't be lost over a few dollars" and that I should come in "as my best negotiating chip is being here in person."

If you hear these same lines, you'll likely end up wasting your time. It's unfortunate that Sun Toyota doesn't value the customer's time.

Lesson learned. Hopefully this review will help others.
