I've been banking with Qualstar credit union for some time now, and I must say that their services are just average. While their products meet my needs and their website is fairly user-friendly, their customer service could use some improvement. It often takes a long time to get a response from them, and I sometimes feel like my concerns are not taken seriously. However, their rates are competitive, and I have never had any major issues with online banking.
