As a customer, I recently had an experience with a dental lab and was not entirely impressed. The communication with the lab was a bit lacking, and there were delays in receiving the final product. However, the quality of the dental work was satisfactory. The website was user-friendly and provided some helpful information, but I wish there were more details about their processes and materials. Overall, the experience could have been better, but it wasn't terrible. I hope they can improve their communication and delivery timelines to provide a more seamless experience for their customers.😊
