I recently had Self-Employed / JBN Building Services / Russell Cawberry Group work on a renovation project for me. The overall experience was good, but there were a few issues along the way. The team was responsive and resolved the issues promptly, which I appreciated. However, I feel that the communication could have been better. The quality of work was decent, and the project was completed within the expected timeframe. I would consider working with them again, but I would ensure better communication next time.
