Arrived in Washington D.C. we had them take us by taxi right in front of the library of the Congress because we wanted to carve out most of the time inside the structure. The excitement of seeing the pages of the declaration of independence is incredible, but the true beauty is just seeing the congress library from above. Unfortunately you can't take pictures, but the only sight is satisfying.
