I recently bought a mobility scooter from an online retailer. The scooter is fantastic and has definitely improved my daily life. However, I had a few issues during the purchasing process. The website was difficult to navigate and there were no clear instructions on how to contact customer support. Despite these challenges, I was able to figure it out and the scooter itself is great. I just hope the company improves the website experience for future customers.
