I have been using SES Scientific Educational Systems for a few years now, and I must say they are doing an average job. Their products are good, but their customer service can be improved. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, sometimes it takes them a while to respond to my queries, and that can be frustrating. Overall, I am satisfied with their products, but they still have room for improvement.
