I recently stayed at Norfolk Mansion, Saigon and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. The location was also convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The hotel has a nice swimming pool as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon.
