We recently purchased our Audi TT from Apple Ford. We worked with Larry Busino. He was an incredible salesman. There was no pressure and if he didn't have answers to our questions he was able to get them for us. He went the extra mile to find some information for us about previous service on the car that was not available at the time if purchase. He followed up multiple times to make to see if we were still happy with our car and make sure we were not having any issues. Customer service seems to be something that most companies have given up, but Larry and Apple Ford are leaders in the Customer Service area. We were from Maryland they were even able to help us with tags and title for the car. A lot of other dealers we were visiting were not able or willing to help us with the tags and title for Maryland. We without hesitation will be working with Larry at Apple Ford when we are ready for our next car. We strongly recommend you check out Larry and Apple Ford if you are in the market for a car.
