I have been a loyal customer of Ray-psp for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of good quality. However, I have had some issues with their customer support. It takes a while to get a response and sometimes they don't provide satisfactory solutions. Overall, I would say Ray-psp is an average company.
