I recently booked a trip with Optimus Trips and I must say it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth and the website was easy to navigate. However, I was expecting more from the actual trip itself. The tour guide seemed uninterested and the itinerary felt rushed. Overall, it was an okay trip.
