My infant daughter passed away but the thing is we went thru a family (mother in law that hates me and didn t know about my deceased daughter Kailyn) suggested funeral home that was so very unprofessional. The owner was there and still made my husband transfer our daughter s ashes into our Creamation rings. I was livid to say the least. I got with Jill at Earthman and even though she wasn t the who basically handled most of my daughter s situation to be laid to rest but she made absolutely sure my baby was properly put in our rings to keep with us everyday. Oh and she didn t charge me a dime. She is definitely getting the most gratitude of my appreciation. She also helped clear my mind about the feeling my baby s remains weren t taken care of correctly. She was awesome and made me feel more at piece during this difficult time
