I had high expectations, but the experience was not seamless. The signage around the terminal could definitely use some improvement. it was easy to get turned around. 😕 The wait for my luggage felt longer than necessary, and the crowd management could be better during peak hours. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was spotty, which made it challenging to coordinate my pickup. Overall, it was a frustrating start to my trip.
