I am a regular customer of Flora art and I must say that their service is average. The quality of the flowers is good but the customer service needs improvement. The delivery is always on time and the prices are reasonable. However, there have been instances where the flowers were not exactly as shown on the website. Overall, I am satisfied with their service.
