Unsatisfactory! First of all I had a appointment scheduled! One of your representatives had called me to schedule my routine maintenance. I was not listed as an appointment. Second, I didn t receive a call from the representative indicating that the vehicle was ready. By noon I called to check on my car and it was ready for me to pick up. The representative stated that she had called and left me a message, I reviewed the number it was correct but she did not call my phone. Third, The representative never reviewed my receipt with me as to what was done to my vehicle or if any future maintenance needed to be done. Fourth I requested a print out of all the maintenance done to the vehicle and representative didn t want to give it to me! Another co worker of her assisted her in printing out that report!
