Job was simple and done efficiently under an hour by two guys who showed up but it's the billing practice that I question. I was charged 1.5 hours instead of the minimum one hour. When I inquired, I was told it's because 2 guys came. My job didn't require 2 people; 1 person could have done it within 1 hour. Wish they were clear and upfront about this before doing the job. Will not use them again - who needs the hassle?
