I recently bought a sofa from a well-known online retailer. The experience was quite disappointing. The quality of the sofa was poor and it started showing signs of wear and tear within a few weeks. The customer service was also not helpful and it was difficult to get a refund. I wish I had purchased from Sofa Superstars instead.
