David and Brandon are incredible people. David spent hours with me when I was deciding on the perfect ring - he's honest, helpful, and interested in the customer. Because my fiance and I live out of Pennsylvania and we needed the ring resized smaller, Brandon helped me overnight mail the ring to and from Joyce's without any problems. Their prices beat out anyone's I've seen, and the quality of the ring and work performed by their master jeweler is remarkable.
