I had a mixed experience working for Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. Some aspects were great, while others were not so great. The company has a good reputation and provides excellent training opportunities for their employees. The work environment is mostly positive, with supportive colleagues and managers. However, there were times when the workload was overwhelming and the management seemed disorganized. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
