Prestotype graphic machines is an average company. Their products are decent, but nothing exceptional. I've used their machines for a while now and they do the job, but I haven't been blown away by their performance or quality. Their customer service is mediocre, and it can be a bit difficult to get a hold of someone when you have an issue. Overall, I would say they are just an average company in the graphic machines industry.
