I had a bittersweet experience with Spectrum Staffing Solutions LLC. The application process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the job assignments I was given did not align with my skills and interests. I felt frustrated and unfulfilled in my role. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
